Bettergem 2038 is a workshop developed to inspire people to move towards a liveable, sustainable, and circular future. The project is a partnership between TransitieNetwerk Middenveld and Circular Flanders.
Bettergem 2038 is a workshop developed to inspire people to move towards a liveable, sustainable, and circular future. The project is a partnership between TransitieNetwerk Middenveld and Circular Flanders. Participants imagine themselves at a public meeting in Bettergem in the year 2038. There they discuss various topics as future scenarios for the city. The topics include living, working, the manufacturing industry, money, consumption, and health, but equally adaptable to the local requirements.
The Bettergem workshop is provided with the necessary working material. We are working on a comprehensive campaign, a website, and a tool kit for the workshop itself that can be fine-tuned in line with local requirements. A trained staff member guides the workshop in the right direction. The workshop lasts for about two hours.
