Mosard

Mosard® is a platform to design, build and live adaptably and sustainably, with modular building components.

Based on the modular open system MOS, together with co-creators within different cases, we develop interchangeable building components and circular construction and housing solutions to align supply and demand and provide benefits for all stakeholders.

The modular sizing system is construction method and material independent, includes several standard heights and can be applied in any type of construction project.

In the Workroom, we offer training, guidance and tools to clients in advance so that design teams can compose on the grid and construction partners can connect right away.

Mosard's building blocks are smart design models with already compatible building components, which are scalable, can be applied across multiple projects and filled in according to circular criteria with standardised building elements from different compatible manufacturers.

All designs and building products are checked for compatibility, receive the 'Compatible' emblem and are made available via the My Mosard library.
