About our management
Who steers what at Flanders Circular?
The circular renovation company Be Factory has moved into a nineteenth-century textile factory in Ronse. They have given the building a second life, respecting its industrial heritage. Under the characteristic sawtooth roofs of the weaving mill, they design sustainable spaces that reconnect people with nature—honoring the past while envisioning the future.
Architecture Without Waste
In nature, waste does not exist—everything has a function, a place within the larger whole. This fundamental law is at the heart of Be Factory’s philosophy. By using natural building materials and repurposing materials from local demolition and construction projects, they approach each project as an opportunity to reinvent the construction sector. The use of reclaimed materials—each with its own history—is not only sustainable but also adds character to the structure.
Building for Tomorrow
Be Factory does more than just renovate buildings: bio-ecological interiors, circular furniture, and edible gardens are integral parts of their approach. Every design is future-proof: circular, modular, and in harmony with the natural environment. Because those who build for tomorrow do so with respect for the generations to come.
